Payment by installments is only available to UK permanent residents but this facility is strictkly at

the discretion of the Nicole Perez-SoHA. (note: this interest free facility)

Enrolment Procedures

When to Enrol

Applicant should ensure that they are fully enrolled and fees are paid at the lates 2 weeks before the course begins.

Payment of fees:

To secure a place on a course you must pay either the deposit for the course of your choice or the full fees if the course is about to start.

Occasionally, it may be necessary for the Nicole Perez-SoHA to alter the start date of courses or cancel a course, 'The Nicole Perez-School of Holistic Aromahterapy reserves the right to cancel a course.

Full Fees are payable 30 days before the beginning of each course or as agreed with Nicole Perez.

Refund Policy

Deposits and fees are strickly non-refundable once booked on a course unless the particualar course is cancelled by the SoHA. On certain occasions fees or deposits may be transfered to the same course at a later date (within 1 year), the decision remains at the discretion of Nicole Perez-SoHA.

Admission:

The Nicole Perez-SoHA reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to applicants without having to give a reason.

Lateness & Abscences

Students are expected to arrive at the start of classes and stay until the end of classes. Students should inform their tutor if enable to comply witht his requirement.

All abscences must be reported and reason(s) for abscence given. In cases of ill health during the course a medical certificate is required.

*Insurance cover:

On qualification, all successfully students are expected to obtain professional insurance cover in order to practice in a aprofessional capacity. The IFA Diploma obtained through the SoHA course should not be used to practice as a professional aromatherapist in the UK without a valid professional insurance cover as this could be detrimental to both the patient and the therapist.

Literacy & Language Skills

A good command of the English language as well as reawsonable methodology and study skills are needed in order to complete this course successfully.
