Attendance: Over a period of 1 academic year, every Tuesday 10am to 5pm

Note: Fees include tuition fees, course notes and assignments and a set of 20 essential oils for study.

Enrolment Procedures

When to Enrol

Applicants should ensure that they are enrolled and fees are paid at least 2 weeks before the

course begins.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

Payment of fees:

To secure a place on a course, students can either pay the full fees or the deposit as stated in the enrolment form before the chosen course begins.Ms Nicole Perez, owner of the SoHA, reserves the right to alter a course date or to cancel a course.

Admission:

The Nicole Perez-SoHA reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to applicants without having to give a reason.

Refund Policy

Deposits and fees are strickly non-refundable once booked on a course unless the particualar course is cancelled by Nicole Perez-SoHA.

Attendances, lateness & Abscences

Students are expected to arrive at the start of classes and stay until the end of classes. Students should inform their tutor if enable to comply with this requirement. All abscences must be reported and reason(s) for abscence given. In case of ill health, a medical certificate may be required.

*Insurance cover:

On qualification, all successful students are expected to obtain professional insurance in order to practice in a professional capacity.

Literacy & Language Skills

A good command of the English language as well as the ability and commitment to study at home

are necessary to complete the course.
