Bodywork & the Art of Aromatherapy Massage
The
idea of a massage is to create relaxation and 'Well Being'. It sometimes involves
light massage movements or in-depth massage techniques. Aromatherapy massage does
not necessarily adopt any particular massage system as the training encourages
the student/ therapists to use what is the most appropriate approach to bodywork
at the time of visit of the client.
Aromatherapy massage involves using individually blended essential oils in
a carrier or vegetable oil and applied to the whole body in a harmonious and peaceful
